This is a runestaff with a glowing orb. It is fully unlocked. When altering, it must always contain a glowing orb in its description.

You wave your faewood crook in an arc through the air, creating a luminous trail of light with the glowing orb.

As you rub the orb on your faewood crook it glows ever brighter, then ebbs again.

Currently, you are able to really get some sauce for your efforts when you LEAN, RAISE, TAP, and WAVE this runestaff, though you get the feeling that you will only see results if you are of a magical profession.
