Any one else try one of these?
they are not wearable and I can't get anything to happen when I rub it...which is a bummer.

I actually have an old one lying around which is wearable and works fine.

Post it on the officials. They should be wearable and should make an instrument.. and be crumbly. I heard that, ages back, there was a merchant who altered them and made them perm, but I have never seen one.

yeah I guess instead of using the RUB verb I shoulda been using the ASSIST verb?

I've never posted on the officials, but I guess i'll throw it up there and see what happens.

also, if you have one on you that isn't working, bug it and include what is happening(or not, as the case is). That will be more likely to get the right GM involved faster than just the assist alone. And the assist person will probably say to do that and post on the officials. Kenstrom straight up said to feel free to post talador problems on the officials as he reads it religiously and will be able to get a fix faster that route.
