I wonder if they could require 2x brawling to use them. Some people might pick up brawling at cap just for enhancives but I think that's a fair trade.

It'd be nice, seeing as how as it stands someone using uac who doesn't want to use a weapon or shield is stuck with basically whatever slots they can get on an armor piece.

I would be okay with that if just make it like 80% of maximum training allowed by level. I use UAC occasionally on my empath. Sort of like those other enhancives that say "requires a high amount of two handed weapon skill".
