Up for auction is a vultite-link halfling chain shirt should someone be interested. This suit of double chain is exceedingly light at 9lbs, a full 8x and I think spiked. Halfling and Burghal Gnomes only. The minimum is 15mil, the buyout is 25mil.

Forest Gnomes are a bit bigger than most halfling's and all burghals, rising to the lofty height of 4 feet (Krak:3.5' to 4', 4.25' max), I suppose an extra six inches can make all the difference.
