He held on to that football even through all that... Even though they didn't rule it a SF recovery on the field. In hindsight it was better it wasn't anyways.

At least it's going to be an exciting finish. As long as kaepernick doesn't give the ball away.

Hah.
Fireworks going off in my neighborhood. My brother-in-law, normally a thoughtful guy, brought an air horn and, when Sherman knocked the ball away from the SF receiver, he let out a blast that scared my younger dog half to death. He ran off into a bedroom and my brother-in-law is trying to coax him out.

That guy's a stud. He stripped the ball, gets his knee blown out, maintains possession, then gets buried under an avalanche of players then loses the credit by a bad call. He was injured and the refs, literally added insult. LOL Hell of a way to go out.

I think so. Seattle's damn good but they showed some weaknesses tonight. They are vulnerable to a pass rush and Lynch is stoppable if you put enough hands on him. We've got more targets for Peyton than SF has so Sherm can't stop the pass game. This is a big time chance for Denver to win another one. Peyton has a Dr. appt in March that will determine retirement or not so I hope he can in February. I'd like to see him have 2 rings.

As Gelston will tell you, my predictions (where the teams do not cheat) are spot on.
Everyone should look forward to another Gelston and Keller Report Card following the Super Bowl, where we accurately judge each team's performance without bias.

Denver doesn't have SF's front 4, and Lynch went over 100 yards rushing tonight, something that no single person has done all year against SF.

I'm not so sure about that. Crabtree and Boldin are good receivers, Davis has been a great TE most of the year...I think Denver's depth is a little greater, but not by much. While Sherman is certainly a top-tier DB, he's not the only one on the Seattle roster.

I'm a big Peyton fan. I think he's one of the best QBs ever to play the game, and a real class act on top of it. I would love for him to get a second ring.

That was pretty rough. I know they don't want the game slowed down with fumble recovery reviews since so many are too unclear, but something like that needs to be called correctly regardless of how they do it.
There's no way to know for sure what, if any, impact it had on the game, but I saw an article on nfl.com saying that they league told the refs for that NFC game to 'set the tone early'. I thought they made some bad calls in big spots.

I may only be down to one eye, but I don't see that happening. The Seahawks didn't dominate the game today. You might even say they were a little lucky to get out with the win. The guy they're playing next has got a little something on Kaepernickus.

I clearly excepted instances of cheating. The Pacers pushed that series to 7 games in spite of the league's clear bias for big market teams with over-the-hill superstars.

Nice.
Saw this on NFL.com today (penalized hits possibly to become reviewable): http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000315809/article/goodell-believes-penalized-hits-will-become-reviewable
They need to be along with fumble recoveries (not quite sure how they can say all turnovers are reviewed yet plays like last night when Bowman stole the ball and never let it even hit the ground as his AC and MCLs were torn ends up being blown and non-reviewable).

Interesting article on Sherman.
I was with him until these parts:
...and we don't seem to care much about the brain damage retired players suffer from every year.
They know what they're getting into from the start, and I'm sure if you asked most of them, they'd say they'd do it all over again as they're wiping their asses with $100 bills. There are plenty of way more dangerous careers that don't pay even a tiny fraction of what these guys make that you never hear shit about.
And this...
He taught us that we're still a country that isn't ready for lower-class Americans from neighborhoods like Compton to succeed. We're still a country that can't decipher a person's character. But most of all, he taught us that no matter what you overcome in your life, we're still a country that can't accept someone if they're a little louder, a little prouder, or a little different from the people we surround ourselves with.
I don't think anyone gives a shit about his race or where he grew up. Chances are his coach gave him some shit after that rant too. I guess that means coaches aren't ready for lower-class Americans from neighborhoods like Compton to succeed too.
I thought the rant was awesome and hilarious, but in the professional sports world, it's still considered acting classless. If Sherman were a white guy from the suburbs it would have gotten the same type of reactions. Probably worse.

Sherman is awesome.
And let's face it...most after game interviews are boring as shit. I'll bet, win or lose, that after the SB, Sherman will be buried in microphones. I'm sure that chick (Anderson?) is kicking herself for cutting the interview short after the Whiner's loss.
She didn't cut the interview short, the producers did. They were afraid Sherman was about to curse on live TV so they cut away. She wanted to continue the interview and has gone on record saying she thought it was awesome. Erin Andrews.
