Hey guys, got this during the PC today, it is 0x and when looked at has this description.
You see some greenish gas swirling about the flecked dagger.

Here is an example of it:
You swing a red flecked dagger at a sea nymph!
AS: +76 vs DS: +30 with AvD: +25 + d100 roll: +32 = +103
... and hit for 1 point of damage!
