That's a really good upgrade for a ranged Ranger.

Especially one with 101 summoning lore. 100% chance of hindering the whole room for 2 or 3 seconds at a time.

Too bad it still doesn't work against destroyers, or I'd carpet bomb the scatter with 612 every time I went up.
