Install issues with Lich

Anyone ever gotten an error like this one when trying to install the Launcher? It seems to be asking for something inside of Lich.rbw and ruby and ive run out of ideas.

Have you checked to make sure that your disk isn't full and that you have access to the destination directory?

Try opening Lich and clicking uninstall from the install tab.

Yes My lich was working fine until recently. I have tried to remove it and then reinstall it and still it doesn't seem to work right.
When I log in it seems to freeze up while checking infomon and such. I don't see it updating or when it tries to it seems to stall again and do nothing. I am at my wits ends here and I'm not sure what to do now. Any and all help is most welcome.

Going to bump this thread a bit...

Any thoughts on why my Launcher won't automatically start? When I use the Lich entry I notice a Launcher program go into the "temp" folder, but then it doesn't start. Now, if I double-click on it, it will launch and work normal.
