New winter work coat. Dead M65

Tore out the sleeve off my M65 today. Went to the surplus store and they didn't have any grey/olive/black in stock just 80s style camo or the new digital and they wanted $55 for this used jacket and another $24 for the liner. I paid like $20 and $20 for them before, but I bought it in Seattle. They also had new ones from some company I never heard of but they were all metal zippers and those get frozen here in MN so I want the plastic one. I think the Propper or the Alpha Industries(the one I have now) is what I am looking for.

Since we don't have any major bases around here I thought I would just ask if anyone knows of a good online source for a cheap M65 with liner that isn't Rothco? I want a legit mil grade M65 with liner and I don't want to pay the $140. I heard a lot of online places just list it as a M65 and you could get a cheap Chinese knockoff.

Also interested in other opinions.

The reason I like the M65 is because the liner is removable, the weight, and when I combined it with this stuff: http://www.nikwax.com/en-gb/products/productdetail.php?productid=48&activityid=-1&itemid=-1&fabricid=-1 it shed the snow and rain wonderfully.
