You can PULL, TAP, SLAP, and PUNCH (with a weapon) the black vultite cuirass.
Pull:
You prepare yourself for battle, adjusting the straps and tugging at your black vultite cuirass until it fits like an armored second skin.
Tap:
You tap your black vultite cuirass, and a crisp musical note sounds forth.
Slap:
You slap lightly at the right pauldron of your cuirass.
Punch:
You pound your handaxe against your chest, and your cuirass thuds loudly. As the echo dies away, you glare about ferociously to see if anyone is brave enough to answer your challenge.

Great armor to be in til full plate with all the accessories needed to continue to move up in AsG
