The HCP on Jarvan's chain would be quite useful to an empath, especially with trolls blood just regen up any damage you take. Perfect for an open handed CS based empy non-healer though maybe overkill for anything else.

a empath properly trained in lore can use a scroll to cast iron skin (1202) to chain AsG with no spell hinderance. jes sayen...
