I had this beauty done a few years ago at EG but since I don't hoard gems/do alchemy I thought it could use a new home.

It's a contorted blood red beaker and able to hold 100 counts of whatever.

I believe so since I know there was a small-ish crowd who was at this particular merchant. The downside was they were only working with stock items dealing with alchemy (jars, satchels, etc), and if my memory serves most people were visiting more desirable merchants who were around at the same time.
