Just a tip. I've noticed these don't come max light. Since you can never take it off might want to get some work done before you wear it.

They analyze that way, yeah. Not sure if a merchant will actually take them below 6 lbs currently however.

They lightened them in platinum when I got it from DM.

Oh, I'm not saying it's a guaranteed no, but they've been pretty strict in prime lately about a lot of weight/depth rulings. Could be they are willing to treat it different in plat; I'd still give it a shot though. Going to be wearing it forever, after all.

If it holds 140 then the max light should be 7, wouldn't it? 1lb of weight per 20lbs of holding capacity, last I investigated restrictions. Which, granted, was EG'12.

This one is maxed out already.

>analyze cloak
You analyze your rapture cloak and sense that there is no recorded information on that item. It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.

You can tell that the cloak is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.

I couldn't get a weight from the song so I just weighed it by hand. It weighs 6 over 90% of the time, but I'll edit the main post because math.

Oh, it could very well weigh 6lbs. They make items that are 6lbs/140lbs. They just will not(generally) further lighten or deepen them beyond the 7/140. Hell, I could be full of shit, too. But from my experience, thats what it's been.. 1lb per 20lbs at max light/deep.

You could always get an epic deepening done at a festival on it. Can't imagine they'd not allow it.

No good reason not to allow it, yeah

I don't think the originals held all that much if I recall. 100 lbs maybe?

I can imagine them saying no. Since when do they need a logical reason to turn down a service?

Ha! Yeah, this.

Silvean has an original rapture cloak. It holds 100lbs.

In the black rapture cloak:
armor (10): some light leather (10).
glan
You glance down to see a twisted wand in your right hand and nothing in your left hand.
>stow wand
Your wand won't fit in the black rapture cloak.

Sort of surprised they haven't updated the old ones to match what the new ones seem to hold. Seems like it'd be worth asking about at least.

Wyrom is really good about taking suggestions if you post in the items and inventory folder on the officials. He's been an updating fiend the last few months. It rocks, but it would rock more if I had any of the crap he was updating, much less had ever seen some of it.

Yeah, I've conversed with him over email about various things; also suggest that as a very good avenue to get comments/things looked into by him. Very quick to reply, and he is an awesome dude. If I had one of the old ones, I'd certainly ask about it.

I asked about the original rapture cloak and they declined to deepen it to match the new ones.

That blows pretty hard, Silv. Wyrom said no, even?
