What is that whistling noise though? It's got to be a design flaw 'cause it's annoying as hell and can't be helping wind resistance at all.

That is one sexy car.

I am thinking the whistling might be from the cameras they mounted in the grill since it is clearly localized to right there. I doubt if in wind tunnel testing someone would not have noticed that or noticed it and said, hey, that annoying high pitch whistle is nice, lets leave it,

I would think its the superchargers.

Could be the wind on the mounted cameras.

When they show the inside of the cabin the whistling is there as well. If you listen it sounds like it winds up and then blows off the supercharger when he lets up on the gas. Some of it is for sure wind noise. Maybe I am hearing two sets of whistle noises. 2:29-2:31 has very audible up and down pitch whistling inside the cabin.

The only reason I do not think it is the supercharger, at least primarily, is that being a rear mounted engine, it would not be nearly so noticeable up under the front of the car as it would be inside the cabin, so it very well could be two different noises we are hearing, one from the camera and the other from the supercharger.
