I don't have wi-fi at work so I was thinking about getting the wi-fi hotspot in my phone to connect to GS and play...

Does anyone know how much data is generally used by hour?

Example, 10mb/hr

I once let 2 accounts run scripting on average of 12 hours a day for a month and used 8 GB. Just casual playing 4 accounts an average of 4 hrs a day 7 days a week plus misc surfing the web I average about 3 GB a month

That's from a trial account logged in pulling some lolgemstone metrics for about....2 days, 17:12. It's also probably higher than it should be from when I had to download lich, ruby, python, packet updates, etc. I'd guess only about ~100 MB of the RX is from game traffic.

not a great example because they're just sitting in the middle of nowhere doing WHO's and such. So it's just been that, SSH traffic and whatever lich chat is generating. Should check with someone in shattered. I'm sure someone there could check their data transfer over a few hours of active scripting. You could also get a rough estimate by enabling logging, whatever the filesize is for an hour double or triple it to account for all the overhead, unseen xml markup, etc. or so.
