Winterfest kicks off with the crowning of Frost King and Queen. Last month, citizens and travelers around Elanthia voted for who they wanted to see as this year's Frost King and Frost Queen to represent Winterfest 5113. The results are in, and tonight we crown the winners.

A merchant will be stopping by to do some clothing and container altering only. The merchant is here to get you ready for the Winterfest Yule Ball if you like. Of course, you can get alters done for any occasion, but it's only on clothing and container items. Come prepared as the merchant will only be here an hour.

Join Willow Hall as they celebrate Winterfest! Head north to adventure through Icemule solving puzzles, collecting souvenirs and meeting the townsfolk. When the expedition concludes there will be participation prizes and refreshments for all.

House White Haven's Officers Rioghnach and Laelithonel will be around to share their wisdom of advice and guidance, allowing their guests to find their true answers on their own. They'll be handing out tarot cards to those who have the inspiration and knowledge.

Winterfest Closes: Yule Ball

Winterfest ends its celebration with a Yule Ball. We'll begin the party and 9pm, but show up when you can. We won't end the party until everyone trickles out. We're shooting for an hour at least. Dress to impress tonight, because your Frost King and Queen will be watching and choosing one male and one female as best dressed. This will happen at 9:45pm. Winners will receive a special gift. Food and beverages will be provided.

** Stop by the Northern Fury fortress at 3pm for a game of Darts. Then later, House Brigatta is throwing a party in their solstice tent on the north road. Once you feel you've partied enough for two hours, head to White Haven to get your clothing and containers altered. This is another reminder that only CLOTHING and CONTAINERS will be altered. Generic looks only. No armor or weapons will be worked on. Also, no lightening or deepening. Also know that your items should be simple. No fancy scripty items will probably be accepted. The plan for the merchant is to get an alter done for the Yule Ball tomorrow. Gowns, Dresses, Shirts, Pants, Shoes, Belts, Purses, Pouches, etc. Our third raffle will be drawn tonight as well. Visit Town Center for the drawing. **

After, at 8pm, get your fortunes told from two White Haven Officer experts in that field. Another tent will be set up on the South Road. Then come for the big finale in White Haven. A Yule Ball to celebrate it all. Dress your best as our new Frost King and Queen will be there to judge how you look. Don't forget we have one final raffle as well. **
