Anyone want to chime in on the what and the why?

77 Summoning and 24 Blessing as I wanted a stronger weed.

The 77 Summoning Ranks increases the chances of extra damage cycles from 616. With 77 ranks, you're sitting at about 63% chance of an additional damage cycle.
Summoning ranks also help with:
106: Some concealment thing at 40
116: Better locate when ;locate fails at 30/60/90
118: Webs 30/50/75
125: Call Lightning 10/20/30etc
605 benefits max at 36
607 increased hindrance at 66/78
610 & 612 increase at 75/100, but marginally between those two
614 Mana at 66/78
615 potency at 68/81
Of course, 616
635 cycles at 50/100/200
650 skill increase at 65/77 (66/78 for bear)



As far as blessing goes, Blessing helps out 601, 602, 604, 613, 650, 104, 105, 107, 115 & 117
However, a breakdown of blessing lores...
601 grants benefits at 21/26/28 ranks
602 grants benefits at 18/26 ranks
604 is 18/26
613 is 18/26
650 is 20/27
104 & 105 at 21/28
107 at 21/33
115 at 21/28
117 at 18/26


SO!!!
Essentially, stopping at 24 ranks of blessing makes no sense. Blessings can be dropped to 21, and I'd increase summoning with the additional points...

Unless you just want all in on 616, then I don't know why you'd do blessings at all!

Exactly what Whirlin said. If I wasn't so spell-reliant, I'd rock the 80 summoning/21 blessing split.
