In the log you can see i was clearly being attacked, Consent of attack
is clearly evident, and regaurdless i was defending myself . The gm
flys in during the attack mind you , apparently got upset because i
dismissed her, i was in the middle of a battle and had other things to pay
attention to. She then Gives me a warning for disturbance without any
type of explanation, note it was the first thing she did in the lounge,
she then tells me 7 people reported you , and that i was causing a
disturbance. at the time of the attack im not even sure if there was 7
people in the entire game, When she realized that she had no evidence of my
disturbing of other people she changes her accusation by telling me
attacking fols is against policy. after i tell her i was the one being
attacked she says, and i quote "No one bothered you I have been watching
you since they reported you 20 minutes ago" yet she walks into the room
while im being attacked. An claims i am the disturbance. Compl!
ete nonsense, am i the only one with this happening to? Why couldnt
she pull the attacker out? Could it be that rude but accidentl dismissive
wave to her? When she comes back after i read the policy she locks me
out. and i am still locked out. I dont know about anyone else, but im
beginning to think gemstone is getting way too conservative for me.
Despite its medevil fantasy which mind you was full of violence. In the
policy it clearly states that pvp is acceptable as long as it is
consentual, and Being attacked is good enough consent for me. Also the report
command can be used flasely and it is very useful for getting the
innocent in trouble. and i think gms need to take this into account ,Now the
fact that she locked me out leaves me pondering on the power some of
these gms are given and there abuse of it, I belive lockouts should be
given with full investigation of the policy breakage ,not just by one
angry gm , but by at least 2, before they rule out a sentence.


Bottom line I was being attacked so I attacked back, and as a result am
locked out.

All kidding aside, you realize she told you that she had been watching you for 20 minutes. She had watched at a point where you got arrest, during several reports about your behavior and how you started conflict again.

You can tell a lot about how someone behaviors from their reaction to an authority figure. You had absolutely no calm, level-headed approach. You were entirely combative, hostile and impatient. This tells the GM flat off that you were NOT roleplaying. You, the player, are entrenched in this conflict.

Also note that GM's are *not* players. They can watch from GM-mode being completely invisible to you. They can pick when/where to reveal themselves.

Funny how your log starts with Rayquaza attacking you. Why'd you cut out the part where you kept attacking him, punching him, and mocking him? And who was it you were picking on before him?

You say that all you did was roleplay, well, I have to ask what it is you're trying to roleplay, an arrogant, obnoxious, friendless little boy prone to temper tantrums? If so, well, I guess you're doing a good job of it.

Oh, and by the way, yes your behaviour does ruin other people's enjoyment of the game. My characters all tend to leave when you come around because we can't stand the conflict that you inevitably bring.

I actually have stood up for you in the past when I heard others speak of you, thinking that there's no way you could be as bad as all that, but no more. Time after time you've shown absolutely no consideration for anyone else, and that's just not right. I think it's time for you to sit down and review your role-playing style and see if there's not something you could change so that people might actually like to be in your presence.

Personally, I'm glad to see it happen. I thought the GMs had all but given up on trying to keep some modicum of control.

GMs are capable of watching your behavior without your knowledge. For one to be watching you in this manner for a full twenty minutes tells me you've been a problem before, and were being a problem this time, as well.

You're not the only person in the game. Others have a right to enjoy themselves, too. When you interfere with the enjoyment of those around you, you need to take a time-out from the sandbox. You've been given said time-out. Use it to learn something.

It was my other character (Dionisius) who is constantly being watched and slipped up and now he's gone. I would also like to state that Dionisius and Xenostrus act completely different so dont be an ass to xenostrus but feel free to kill dionisius whenever you want!

I've haven't been in the game since you've been around but a few tips... Based upon the shoddy spelling and typing skills during your interaction with the GM, ignoring the remarks themselves, Its no way to gain ground. Take your hand of your dick from all the excitement you get from "PWNING" someone in the park, and actually take a minute to reason with the GM. Which leads me to point two, reasoning. Blatantly telling a GM that they're wrong and you're going to report them is a great way to get banned. This is, as you should know, a private company, and they can basically do what the fuck they want, when they fuck they want.

In short, tough titty said the kitty but the milk is still good. :grin:

Snowdrop hasnt interacted with mistomeer in game (to my knowledge) so I am unaware of the "owning" of which you speak.

In fact, I think the two times within the last two months that anyone could have claimed to have "owned" snowdrop was Reltov on the two occasions he killed her recently and :hiss: :spit: Klaive, when Snowy messed up trying to kill him and was killed by him :shrug: it happens.

As far as backing up members of the House, of course she does that, thats what Houses do - although as she has been in Solhaven for the last couple of months, hasnt hardly seen anyone in the House for some time. Im intrigued about the incidents you speak of.

As far as Snowdrop jumping in when folks get their arses handed to them, Im assuming you are talking of Meridi when she killed Zodin in Solhaven.

Snowdrop dispelled invisibility. Meridi did the rest.
Meridi isnt in the House, she is going to be Snowdrop's stepmum.
And last, but not least, Zodin had his arse handed to him by Meridi and not until he tried to rapid-fire boil/bolt Snowdrop did he find himself sitting on spikes.

Michaelous is definitely a fucktard, I wont disagree there. However, I cant say I speak too highly of Kyalia either. When she has as many personal friends IG as she does it damages her credibility if you ask me. For instance, after me and Qar [another Coinner, Michaleous, Jastio by my definition.] got into CvC, and he lost, Jypsie logs in, fogs to me out of nowhere and 1106's me [huge accomplishment there given the 54% difference in training, twit]. She logs off for a good 45 seconds, returns, and fogs out immediately, without saying a word. When discussed with Kyalia she word for word told me shes friends with Jypsie and she wouldnt do something like that, "we will look into it." Nothing came of it of course and I had to resort to WARNing them both so I wouldnt have to hear/deal with anymore B.S from the "mother and son". Which is the lamest excuse anyone could possibly use for killing someone that has jack to do with a situation. As far as handling Jypsie myself goes, thats not realistic whatsoever unless I caught her sitting down with no spells up, and god knows the retaliation I would suffer from her extended "family". Either way, good riddance Michaelous and dont blame GMs for your limitless stupidity.
