Looking for some technical advice as we all know my stat placement for characters suck (I believe the saying was "those stats would make baby Jesus cry").
Level: 36 Race: Elf
Strength (STR): 100 (25)
Constitution (CON): 62 (6)
Dexterity (DEX): 88 (24)
Agility (AGI): 92 (36)
Discipline (DIS): 66 (-7)
Aura (AUR): 100 (30)
Logic (LOG): 49 (0)
Intuition (INT): 47 (-1)
Wisdom (WIS): 72 (11)
Influence (INF): 100 (35)

STR: 62
CON: 82
DEX: 49
AGI: 68
DIS: 88
AUR: 49
LOG: 88
INT: 68
WIS: 73
INF: 33
This will produce all 100's aside from a 90 INT at cap.

From what I see, the biggest issue is that your logic is low, which will lower your exp absorption rate. The growth rate of logic is also terrible for an elf bard, so it isn't like it will get much better.
The problem with fix stating into a cap placement is that you will be weak early on, which translates into slower swing times, less DS, less AS.
If you don't want to fixstat twice, I'd probably wait to fixstat to a growth build can swing your weapon at minimum RT (which is level 51 for a lance) or use a faster weapon (assuming you are using a slower one).
At 36, that build will get you:
STR: 79
CON: 89
DEX: 73
AGL: 81
DIS: 93
AUR: 73
LOG: 94
INT: 89
WIS: 71
INF: 68
You will probably lose tps compared to your current setup, and 79 Str will suck after you were used to 100 Str.
But you will absorb 4 exp more a tick on node.

If you're not having any troubles hunting, I wouldn't fixstat. Doesn't matter how terribad your stats are.
You're only level 36. Fixstating at this level will likely only result in lower TP, and lower AS/DS. Yes, it's not really great for LONG term... but until your benefits highlight outweigh the costs, you may as well wait. Unless you're planning on fixstating twice... one for growth til level 51ish, and then again at cap... At which point, you're likely paying 8-10m for maybe +-1-3AS/DS, if even. Unless you're an Ardwen alt, it's likely that money could be better spent on equipment, enhancives, or other generic shineys.
