Will an Elf with Max Agi/Dex swing two axe based weapons faster than a Half-Elf?

Ie... If I ambush with two faenor waraxes, will the elf be 1 second faster than the half-elf?

What would that RT be? 6 seconds Half-Elf, 5 for Elf?

Ambush RT is always at least six seconds:

This is with a combined dex/agi of 52, weapon has a 5 second base RT:

>amb rol
You leap from hiding to attack!
You swing an imflass banded quarter staff at a rolton!
AS: +109 vs DS: +7 with AvD: +25 + d100 roll: +75 = +202
... and hit for 71 points of damage!
Hard blow breaks the femur!
The rolton collapses to the ground, emits a final bleat, and dies.
Roundtime: 6 sec.

Well, not always six seconds, but even with enough bonus for a five second weapon to ambush in five seconds I've always seen an ambush be six.

I know it's quicker with smaller weapons but I'm not sure if they have the same one second penalty.

As far as elf vs half-elf, an elf with maxed dex/agi can reach 68 which is five seconds off of RT, half-elves can get 53 which is four seconds but not five seconds, they max out at 65 dex/agi so they won't get a five second reduction,

1 second sum of 8
2 seconds sum of 23
3 seconds sum of 38
4 seconds sum of 53
5 seconds sum of 68

But only on slower weapons: with my guys dex/agi he should ambush:
5 sec quarterstaff
6 sec bastard sword/ katana
7 sec maul/ flamberge
8 sec great axe/ greatsword

All the numbers match up except for the quarterstaff, so the number is only higher for what should be a five second ambush.

My roundtimes for a katana and a claidhmore are identical (5 swing, 6 ambush).

No, it's with all weapons. The lowest ambush RT is the lowest attack RT +1.

Swinging two short swords... and swinging two faenor waraxes... what would the RT's be... Max Half-Elf stats, Str, Dex, Agi and enhancive item for +4 Agi/Dex

How do you figure I ambush with a bastard sword at 6 seconds? The staff is the only one getting the extra second added to it.

Because it's possible to attack with a bastard sword in 5 seconds....

5+1=6

Fist of Fury!

You leap from hiding to attack!
You swing a closed fist at a hunch-backed dogmatist!
AS: +311 vs DS: +226 with AvD: +20 + d100 roll: +97 = +202
... and hit for 33 points of damage!
Solid strike caves the hunch-backed dogmatist's skull in, resulting in instant death!
