Missed out on the cloak of shadows EG heart? This one is mage rechargeable and won't ever curse you.*
712 cloak of shadows, mage rechargeable. +25 DS, +20 TD. 8 charges in it.
persists on both imbed and enhancive.
No FWI but free sorcerer delivery to any town bank.

MB 35k.

*Those heart curses are nasty, aren't they? - I got a cursed heart and five other cursed items on my second raise.
*Clarification: No really, this necklace won't curse you. I was referring to the EG hearts below when discussing being cursed.

Sorry about the confusion. There is no reason to believe this item will curse you (standard critter drop). I was contrasting it to the self-recharger EG hearts that do sometimes curse you.

<offtopic>As I understand it, the EG hearts attune to a character on first use. I believe they can be transferred if they have never been used.</offtopic>

no they can not. We tried it with a sorc that wasnt paying attention and picked up a cloak of shadows heart, She passed it to someone else before ever raising it, and it wouldnt work for the new person.

At the least, it's account tuned the second you pick it up, maybe char attuned.

They are not. Apparently they attune to the person who pulled them from the sepulcher.

I grabbed the wrong thing too but Wyrom was watching as someone else rummage and I ended up with bravery. He poofed in and changed it. If the sorc emails him, he will change hers.

The hearts are useful, the wisps are fun. The amount of work that Wyrom put into the Necropolis is something else, not to mention all the other GMs. You really had to work hard for those hearts in some cases, at least the people in the beginning who had no one else to ask.

I think with everyone getting a major (barring those that declined the services they didn't want at the end) the wisps were just a fun little quest.

The hearts were worth the price of admission.
