a silver-edged servingware case

holds teaparty items including kettles, glasses, etc
contents are reduced to 1 item when closed
case can be phased to weightless (including contents)

You carefully place your cast iron kettle in the middle of your silver platter and check to make sure the weight is evenly distributed.

You analyze your silver platter and sense that there is no recorded information on that item. It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.

You can tell that the platter is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.

>close my plate.
You depress a button hidden in the design of the silver platter's handle. A small whirring sound heralds tiny doors extending from the bottom of the platter, which extend upward until they completely obscure the contents of the platter and transform the piece into a silver-edged servingware case.

You analyze your servingware case and sense that there is no recorded information on that item. It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.

You can tell that the case is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.

You carefully examine the servingware case and determine that the weight is less than 2 pounds.
Roundtime: 5 sec.

You unlatch the toggle on your servingware case and hear a strange whirring sound, causing you to remove your hand from the toggle. Within seconds, a tiny opening appears at the top of the case and the thin doors are drawn away from each other. The doors at the hinges bend and slide into a small compartment at the bottom, turning the case into a silver platter.
