I got this from the Carousel just a little while ago:

Hollow Soulstone Wand
The wand is crafted out of hollowed soulstone filled with a viscous black substance. Upon closer examination, you notice that the viscous black substance appears to be some form of unnatural blood. The blood roils back and forth within its confines, as if it is whimsically taunting the pure white soulstone that contains it.

Thanks for the replies and offers/trades in lnet, PMs and on the forums here. I also wanted to apologize just in case I missed your message on lnet last night. Had a ton of messages and was stepping away off and on to handle a demon puppy and a angered wife due to my Carousal addiction.

After EG is over I will be putting this item up for auction. I will still be interested to hear any offer or trade deals in the meantime. I've been asked by multiple people to let them know before accepting any offers because they want the opportunity to put other offers on the table. I think the best way to handle it is with the auction that will last a bit of time so everyone has a chance.

Currently I have received offers of entire lockers to trades for kroderine plate and stuff. But I think the best offer so far has been made on the forums here for 100m. (I lack the knowledge on the value of some of the items that were offered)

I am looking forward to this auction!

As of the writing of this article, the use of Raise causes only the following messaging for anyone who tries it:

raise wand
You raise your soulstone wand skyward!
You sense that the soulstone wand holds much ancient magic that is wholly unknown to you.
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.

This function has been attempted by a sorcerer with 202 ranks in Magic Item Use and by another sorcerer with 130 ranks in Sorcerous Lore, Necromancy. There have been hints that with the proper skill in Sorcerous Lore, Necromancy, the use of Raise will activate an as-of-yet unknown fourth property.

Was this ever hashed out?

You can search to see what the last wand went for when it sold.

You don't want to put this wand into a wand holding runestaff, it has a very good chance of going boom.

The last one went for 115... on buyout, a few hours after the seller offered that number as buyout during a leisurely auction. Silvers were at about $13 per.
