Haven't had it sung to yet, so I don't know any other properties of it aside from what I assume to be similar in the other threads about them.

This white crepe petticoat can either be worn beneath a gown or laced into one to change the gown's description. The white crepe petticoat is fully unlocked and trapped for LACE, UNLACE, WEAR, REMOVE, TURN, PUSH, PULL, RUB, POSE, CURTSY, SASHAY, and DANCE.
The white crepe petticoat may be altered as long as it remains some sort of underskirt or petticoat that would be acceptable as part of a gown alteration. It is not intended to be lingerie or risque. Keep in mind that the petticoat will not be visible in your inventory when you are wearing it alone.
You get no sense of whether or not the petticoat may be further lightened.
