I asked about this awhile ago and im pretty sure its just the way its phrased in the teasers post. Its a 1 per account limit but that doesnt mean everyone gets one. I would like to be wrong about this.

It's still a limited service, and allowed 1 per account.

If I recall too, in the past this service has been pretty easy to get done by like everyone in the room waiting for the most part.

Putting up an auction, for a service you don't even know you will win yet when EG hasn't even started is silly too heh.

But at least people know you will sell your slot, should you win one..
