It's HP bonus, by the way, not ranks! And it's a Droughtman's prize.

Just to help clarify.

Buy it!

Is the +3 hp a permanent enhancive and can this be ensorcelled?

I'd say yes to both, droughtmans enhancives I've got were perm... And nothing about it suggests it can't be ensorcdd

Runestaff base, as opposed to quarter staff or something else?

Sav

Can only put acuity on a runestaff

This thing is badass. I would be all over this if I had a caster that hunted actively.

It is badass. Do yoiu guys know if the fact that is has +3 HP bonus and acuity makes it impossible to enchant further?

Even if it does, you must take into account that it's ALREADY 6x. Finding a high enchant staff WITH acuity flares is beyond rare. They're almost all exclusively 4x.

Sold on buyout.

Didn't realize you were offering a buyout. Pity. I almost certainly would have offered significantly more than you got. Oh well.

And this is why buyouts are fucking stupid!!!!! Seriously kids, let items go up for auction and when it ends it ends.

At the very least make it clear you accept buyouts and state how much it sold for once you accept one (don't really care who it was sold to, although that info is nice to have as well, especially if you have an outstanding bid with no public counter-bids). Otherwise, I assumed he just pulled the item because he wasn't happy with the lack of action on the auction. Makes me significantly less likely to bid on his things ever again. :sigh: Very nice runestaff though. As I said, hope he got a lot for it because I would have fought for it.

I always assume people are open to buyout offers unless told otherwise

I generally agree, but it annoys me to make a bid on an auction and then have it sold out from under my bid with no chance to counter. If I'd have known he was looking for a buyout, I would have made a flat offer starting significantly higher than the MB. As I said, hope he got a good price. I am looking to essentially create this item myself, but figured I could skip the work of enchanting, adding acuity, etc. with this item. Oh well! Hope it gets good use.

Hey sorry. I had a PM with a good offer on a buy out.
