Who is Psykos

I've been trying to figure out who Psykos is since his arrival yesterday and believe that the answer is in my logs from the game. I will initiate a search through said logs for strings that include:

"IS INFORMING YOU" (Warn message)
"says, "Leave me alone Falgrin, or I'm going to report you to the gods"
"A clean miss."
"You evade the attack!"

I have 2 suspects right now whom I believe are rather mad at the character of Falgrin right now. I'll let you all know once I confirm his/her identity.

Someone who is mad at Falgrin.
Someone who claims he has played for 10 years.
