Just looking for some advice or recommendations on my training... I'm currently wearing hauberk. COL, probably going to switch to GoS. I don't hide a lot when I hunt but I'm debating on either moving up to plate or figuring out what I need to do to hide & hunt. Any ideas or recommendations? Anything you see wrong/missing with my training?

Training looks pretty solid. Personally, I'd drop perception down to 2x, but that's about it. Also, for CvA purposes, you will strongly benefit by moving up to a MBP. Huge difference between the two when warding magic, and both take 80 armor ranks to train off maneuver penalties. Hiding in the rift is definitely doable, but not around any of the undead. I was 2 or 2.5x and it was a huge pain in the ass. Avoid them and you're gold. Also, the bowels are easy to hunt from hiding, and illoke fall pretty easily to eye shots. Lot of annoying magic in both areas, so if you're going to roll in the open, you'll likely need to stack TD/DS spells. Never hunted OTF, so I can't comment on hidden/open hunting over there.
Edited to add: I would also consider dropping another 10 ranks into armor. With another 10, you can get a third rank in whatever armor spec you use.

Solid for a CoL rogue. Just keep in mind if you go gos you'll want something like 40-50 harness power and depending on your cman usage you'd benefit from more PF for the stamina it provides. That and more PF never hurt anyone. Any TPs you might need could likely be stolen from CM whether that be reducing current ranks or stop training in it. My archer rogue fluctuates between something like 89 cm and 112 or so depending on the season. If you are pro heavy armor, MBP would indeed be mechanically far superior to your hauberk and cost you no more armor ranks. This is of course assuming you had a set of MBP with stats equal to that of your hauberk.
Only other thing I see is you are right at the point where you'll want to add climb or swim for your next hunting ground. I struggled to swim into the bowels with less than 50 ranks. 50-55 of each was sufficient for stronghold, rift, and usually nelemar. Granted GoS has a sigil for something like 10 pseudo ranks you could rely on.

Are you tied to picking?

OK, here's my opinion. Hauberk is junk... Since you're trained for it, hop into some MBP and you'll be a happier person.
I'd stick it out in COL for now. GoS is a bitch for rogues in that level range. You're not 3x dodge or 3x hiding. In my experience, you want at least one of those maxed out before taking on warcamps. Other factors like... you're ranged and stuff in camps spawn in full plate, and stamina costs to maintain sigils and surge/smastery gets taxing are other reasons to postpone a society switch.
As for where to hunt, I'd suggest Ta'Illistim. The Tower is simple, and it's a nice transition to the aquaducts and on to OTF to get to cap.
The above advice is mostly sound. I have to disagree with MrMortimur on one thing... ANY MBP will be better than your hauberk unless your hauberk is absolutely insane.

When I was at level 80, I was hunting the Bowels, and dying a LOT. Switched up my build, and ended up around here:
140 Armor Use (Full Plate)
2x Ranged Weapons
1x CM (Feint, Disarm, Surge and Mobility, then Wspec sprinkled in)
5 MOC (just enough for a little bit of FoF suppression
2x Ambush
1x PF
3x Dodge (generating offensive DS)
65 Climb
30 Swim
2x Perception
20 Arcane Symbols
15 MIU
20 Harness Power
Spells to 414 and 120
I've tweaked it since then (dumping a lot of spells to get to 2x pick/disarm since I was DYING to do Lock Mastery............), but the key to the whole mess is 3x dodge and plate mail. My DS is high enough to snicker at most like-level things, even in offensive stance. You can probably do most of that at your level (I haven't run the numbers), but it's pretty much easy mode unless I get greedy or something gets really lucky with an open roll on just the right spell.
TL;DR version: Get into Plate Mail, work on Dodge, win Gemstone.
Edit: As someone pointed out to me when I was pretty much where you are... 2x Perception is all you need (Bow AS formula caps it at 2x Ambush / 2x Perception, or 1x Ambush / 3x Perception if you're trying to make it hard on yourself**)
** - Pulling numbers off the top of my head here... a little searching will find the post where I went through all of this on this forum. Lots of good information there.

Not quite Dan but close, the AS bonus to perception is capped at 2x, the AS bonus for ambush is uncapped. Any perception beyond 2x only helps you aim marginally better and gives you very slight DS gains. All that wasted effort trying to teach you these things, back into the closet for you.
