The problem with Eonake is that the two classes that could use it can bless their own weapons and paladins, who this is most suited for, have better flares through 1625. You're really looking at a niche of mutant swinging clerics and paladins from 10-24. You might want to drop the price a bit as its barely more than 4x flaring weapon.
