8. a withered fire cat paw - You sense a faint aura of magic around the fire cat paw. You also feel a faint drawing sensation from it, as though when its charge is depleted, it may be refilled. From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the paw is to cast a spell or perform some magical purpose. This is a wavable item, which casts spells from the Elemental sphere. It has many charges. The fire cat paw contains the spell Minor Fire, from the Wizard circle. You sense that the fire cat paw will disintegrate after its last magical charge has been expended. So as long as you recharge it before the last charge is up, you can use it forever as a great RP item.

16. a thin vine-etched brush - It reminds me of the old style of brushes from years past, but the actions on it seem different from what I remember.

J>paint Jara
Jara looks like the kind of person you wouldn't just want to do that to. (Must have neutral or higher demeanor, and join them.)

R>paint Jara
You step up to Jara, your brush in hand. The vine-etched brush begins to alight with faint tendrils of essence, and you let it move across Jara's skin as it draws out an exact, precise design. After a moment, the light fades, and the ink upon Jara's neck glistens as it begins to dry.

Look Jara
He is inked with a twisting design of intertwined russet ivy upon his neck.

I have no idea the charges or persist information.

The item seems well contructed and resonates in response to your song indicating that it is in tune. The harmonics of your song probe deep into the flute to determine that it is an average quality musical instrument.

I think the blood filled vials can be inserted into a dagger
Then you can fake slit your throat, etc.
