No movement?

I have reinstalled Ruby and Lich on my computer...everything seemed to be fine until I actually tried to move or enter any command at all. I can see people moving through the room but any commands I type just do nothing. Like it isn't recognizing that I'm inputting commands? What did I break? LOL. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After reading a few post on the board I tried running Lich as Admin...which seems to have helped! Yay!
