It has frequent dispell flares, which can cause seemingly random plasma flares up to 75 damage.
I absolutely LOVE this weapon, but I want to go back to the security of a shield. The current bid is going to a good home, I hope that if there are any other bidders, they give it a good home as well, if they win.

The haft of polished black fel is wrapped in strips of supple leather around its base and extending to the midsection. Swirled in varying saturations of black, the murky, matte kroderine surface of the axe's head repels light and gives no reflection. The sharpened edge of the weapon is carved with an intricate series of irregularly placed sigils. There is a groove down the center of the weapon, bisecting it into two halves.
There appears to be something written on it.
