Like the title says, I believe it's mostly orb fodder for the +1 Spirit Recovery and so don't really recall the stats of the breastplate itself, it's definately under 4x though. If someone is interested in the specifics I can get them. Can orb at RTCF Lite still I believe, or at Ebon's Gate coming up in about a month.
