He comes to RR and is all 'What level are suchandsuch".

So we play the "level? whats that?" bit.

Abztract flails his arms about.
>
Abztract understandingly asks, "Does EVERYONE play dumb here?"

Abztract understandingly says, "My bolt is a few shy of 300."

Gotta love tone abuse and stupidity

Better RR than the landing. I hope you will welcome him with open arms and help him through his learning disability.

Remember the formula:

Solescape = Abztract = Stupid idiot

AlahnnaDenale

And now he just casted call wind. Idiot. Tempted to bring Alahnna in and drop him like a ton of bricks, but that would be OOC and bad.

Good > Bad

He called wind, Serpentis dropped him. I would've gotten him, but everytime I tried to bind him, I rolled a 10.

Log of us making fun of him as he lay dead.

Classic... though I would have kept him again, regardless of his WARN whore tactics.

GM says, "Solescape .. er.. Abztract claims you were lifekeeping him to harass him. Is this true?"

You say, "Harass him? I was merely doing what I was taught to do from day one.. when an adventurer dies, you pour a white flask into them to save them. He's stupid."

Getting caught in the crossfire...I walk in, sit down and it happened within like 15 seconds.

Good greif, and I went to RR for a little R&R...

[River's Rest, Town Commons]
Fresh green grass, green as the greenest emerald, is soft underfoot and a pleasing foreground for a weathered wooden bench resting in the shade of a graceful willow tree. Birdsong fills the air and intermingles with the voices of folk who stroll through the commons, and on occasion stop to exchange a tale or two with friends they meet along their way. A dusty path to the south and a riverstone walkway to the north are joined by a tall evergreen hedge which borders the edges of the lawn. You also see a large wooden barrel.
Also here: Fitz who is sitting, Grondal, Lord Mijunkin, Yressa, Damina
Obvious paths: none
>Borkul's group just wandered down a dusty path.

Damina murmurs a simple, mystical chant...
Damina's left leg looks better.

You hear someone intoning a phrase of elemental power.

Damina carefully slips her runestaff inside the harness. Since it is not large enough to hold the runestaff, the remaining part protrudes far over Damina's shoulder.

Abztract suddenly fades into view.
Abztract gestures.
Abztract throws his arms skyward!

A slurring voice from the crowd echoes, "Endangering public safety! Endangering public safety! Someone call for the Fleet Captain!"

Abztract just wandered down a dusty path.

A low roar of quickly parting air can be heard above!

Serpentis just wandered down a dusty path.
Alahnna just wandered down a dusty path.

Fitz stands up.

Borkul just wandered down a dusty path.
Fitz quietly says, "Move out of here, meteor incoming."
Geremiah just wandered down a dusty path.

Yressa just wandered down a riverstone walkway.
Fitz just wandered down a dusty path.
Geremiah sits down.
Much to your horror, a devastating inferno of flaming rocks ignite the entire sky and smite the area!

Geremiah is brutally battered by the burning projectiles, taking 30 points of damage!
... 50 points of damage!
Every bone in the left arm shattered and scattered about!
He is stunned!
... 40 points of damage!
Neck consumed in flame and charred to a crisp.

* Geremiah drops dead at your feet!

Geremiah becomes solid again.
The silvery luminescence fades from around Geremiah.
The bright luminescence fades from around Geremiah.
The brilliant luminescence fades from around Geremiah.
Geremiah no longer bristles with energy.
You are brutally battered by the burning projectiles, taking 106 points of damage!
... 50 points of damage!
Blow to your head removes your skull. That's got to hurt!
You become solid again.
You return to normal color.
The air about you stops shimmering.
You feel the inner strength leave you.
You feel the aura of confidence leave you.
You are no longer moving silently.
You no longer feel so dextrous.
The misty halo fades from you.
The brilliant luminescence fades from around you.

It seems you have died, my friend. Although you cannot do anything, you are keenly aware of what is going on around you...

You mentally give a sigh of relief as you remember that the Goddess Lorminstra owes you a favor.

...departing in 14 mins...

A nearby goodwife screams, "Murder!".

Grondal is brutally battered by the burning projectiles, taking 78 points of damage!
... 50 points of damage!
Blow to head removes skull!

* Grondal drops dead at your feet!

An anxious sailor sprints off exclaiming, "Abztract has committed murder!"

Mijunkin is brutally battered by the burning projectiles, taking 37 points of damage!
... 60 points of damage!
Blow to back crushes spinal column.
Talk about no backbone!

* Mijunkin drops dead at your feet!

The misty halo fades from Mijunkin.
Mijunkin seems a bit less imposing.
The glowing specks of energy surrounding Mijunkin suddenly shoot off in all directions, then quickly fade away.
Mijunkin returns to normal color.
The deep blue glow leaves Mijunkin.
The light blue glow leaves Mijunkin.
The powerful look leaves Mijunkin.
The brilliant luminescence fades from around Mijunkin.
The bright luminescence fades from around Mijunkin.
The silvery luminescence fades from around Mijunkin.

A slurring voice from the crowd echoes, "Murder! Murder! Someone call for the Fleet Captain!"

Damina is brutally battered by the burning projectiles, taking 119 points of damage!
... 70 points of damage!
Blow to back removes the spinal column!

* Damina drops dead at your feet!

Someone exclaims, "Murder by Abztract! Call the Fleet Captain!"

You should all have "throws his arms skyward!" and "A low roar of quickly parting air can be heard above!" highlighted and have it play a loud abnoxious sound. just like I have "You intone a phrase of elemental power while raising your hands, invoking Meteor Swarm..." I wiped out TCs too many times on accident... that those fines get expensive.

Well that just goes to show the hypocrisy of Jamus; handing out information when it suits him. Anyway, Gershon = Abztract, and either Gershon is really, really good friends with Larstone and gives him access to the account, or Gershon/Abztract = Larstone/Solescape.

<<Well that just goes to show the hypocrisy of Jamus; handing out information when it suits him.>>

Great, you can stop using PsiNet any time you want. I bet you'd put a murderer to death, but not an underaged smoker. You fucking hypocrite. You have to kill all criminals if you kill one.

StrayRogue
09-02-2004, 06:18 PM
Sure I could. And I didn't mention anything else, Bob. I had asked Jamus, and I'm sure he has been asked many times, about Abztract and other account info. While I don't think he should give it out to anyone, and wasn't suprised when he denied me, I find it stupid that he likes to blast the names of other accounts and character names on Psinet when it suits him. To me, that is hypocritical.

Bobmuhthol
09-02-2004, 06:24 PM
Uh. That's because you asked him to give you information that only he has, I'm guessing. He said it publicly a while ago, not to Chadj.

And no, it's not hypocritical that he reveals character names of the idiots who negate from the value of his program. Underaged smokers are not murderers. Good people are not Solescape. The punishment fits the crime.

StrayRogue

I didn't say that. I said he likes to speak of such things on Psinet.

In more detail, I asked him if Abztract was who I thought he was simply because I was going to speak to the GM's anyway, and would prefer to do so with more firmer knowledge than a hunch. He asked why, and I said "Because if he is Solescape, he is breaking policy playing as Abztract". Jamus response was "I won't tell you because it isn't your responsibility to police people in Gemstone".

You're a stupid fucking twat. Enough said. Carelofuckingdumbname, I mean. Considering you would consider someone who finds it funny to be racist and homophobic to be "intelligent", I think we all have a clear indication of how smart you really are.

Now, as for Abztract/Solescape/Larstone whoever, its not hard for me to believe, unless you met all three of them in reality, that they are YANKING YOUR CHAIN, inregards to saying "I'm not him, yadda yadda yadda", but being as you are not the sharpest knife in the draw, it mustn't be too hard for anyone to pull the wool over your eyes.

Here, the dusty roadway splits and continues to the northeast and

northwest. The rush of River Road traffic to the south is faint in the

air and the pace of life seems slower and calmer to the north. Between

the roads, a dusty pathway fades into a broad expanse of green lawn.

Frankly Carolie, I don't give a shit if they're all the same person or not. The two I know (Solescape and Larstone) are two nasty little cunthairs that should be drown in a bucket of their own vomit and piss.

You yourself with your (I know who they are and I'm not telling!) shit is fast sending you on your way with the lot of that type of crowd. However, instead of you falling totally ooc and then trying to deny it, you try and play defensive by acting like you're some sweet innocent bystander. Give me a fucking break.

You loose all credibility when you hang out with nasty cunthair three: Coinner. Find yourself better friends and you'll likely help fade that reputation. Until then, you're still an idiot.

Have a nice day.

Incorrect. Also, as I said, I had just tested it out. Let me show you.

You trace a series of glowing runes while chanting the phrase for Invisibility...
Your spell is ready.
You gesture.
You become invisible.
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.
>You rub an amulet.
Wait 2 sec.

You rub an amulet.
1d100: 77 + Modifiers: 232 == 309

A gust of wind tugs at your sleeves. Suddenly, a fierce wind rips through the area, scattering everything in its path and making it difficult to remain standing.
The wind then subsides.

Note the lack of becoming visible.

Quake is also usable from invisibility.

Carolienaine is some fuck ass cleric that dies in wraiths daily. She can sucka a this a one time. I've seen IP logs and Abztract is for sure Solescape. A friend of mine talked to Solescape on aim, and direct connected, ran a tracert, logged the ip. Much later did the same thing with a new screename and character talking to Abztract, same ip.

It's not focusable (is that a word?) but unlike Ewave, you wouldnt see it hitting other people unless it knocked them over (I think)

With Ewave, you see other people get buffeted by the waves, but they remain standing. The messaging if you stand through call wind is that a wind tugs at your sleeves, but I dont believe you would see other peoples sleeves being tugged, only your own.

(I have been known to be wrong on the odd occasion, but this is how I think it works)

Possibly done by waving a wand.. I would test it, however..
