whats the difference between wspec 1, wspec2 and wspec3?

For different weapon types. Like if I wanted to have the extra points I could specialize in maul as well as claidhmore.

Right each wspec is for a different weapon, cant stack them with one another.

If you're using weaponspec with archery, you spec in either bolts or arrows.

Which medium you use to fire beyond that is irrevelant.

If you weaponspec a bow or crossbow, the bonus is only applied when you swing it like a blunt.
