Don't have the time to watch the full thing, but just from the opening kinda looks like some stuff I saw from the Tsunami that hit Indonesia; several videos from tourists that managed to survive were put together into a documentary of sorts about an hour or two long. Pretty interesting stuff seeing videos from the ordeal. I wouldn't say it's gruesome, but you'll definitely see some people's last moments and some corpses. In other words, don't blame me if that sort of shit bothers you and you search out those videos.
