GOS Warcamp supply chest

So I'm new to GOS and still climbing the ranks but I have some questions about the mechanics of the supply chest. I've cleared one camp completely so far and waited until there were only a couple of grim left in the camp before looting the chest. It took me 2 or 3 trips to actually get everything out of the chest and back to town it was so much. My question is, do these chests regenerate loot over time or is there a fixed amount of loot in there starting when the camp is fresh. I'm just wondering the best way to maximize the loot from these warcamps and not sure if I should be looting it as much as possible periodically or just wait until its safe and the camp is clear. I think it is one box per 20 grim swarm killed. So looting once you're done killing works. Just have to make sure no one walks in and burns the damn place down before you're done.
