The spectral summoning only works if you're a bard.

And won't be changed anytime soon unless the GM decides to fix her coding mistake.

I have the enshai in my locker and might be willing to part with it. I just need to double check what it summons, I remember winning a custom service from the merchant and can't remember if it I put it on the bagpipes or the enshai.
