Yeah. These are Siolan's locksmith enhancive gloves with a ridiculous amount of charges, non-crumbly. They can be recharged and I was able to use the recharge potion on them.

Hearing a faint *POP*, you glance down and see that you now have a swirling yellow-green potion in your hand!
