i don't play my caster much anymore and it's a great weapon. also has 1x enscroll on it. altered one sold from that solhaven wagen. It's a long black faewood runestaff capped with a glowing blue orb, 4x/8x with a 1x enscroll. Thanks in advance.

The ones sold from the solhaven wagon are 4x/4x, how'd it get to 8x?

Yeah definitely. His post made it sound like it was only "an altered one from the wagon in solhaven." I just wanted to clarify first.

correct, sorry. This was taken to 8x and altered at a rtcf. and made reference to the solhaven ones for the actions it does, all sorts of things with the orb on the end glowing and lighting up the room and so forth.

Hmmm. It's tough to price. My 4x/4x was 1.5mill, so how much is the extra 4x worth?

Low enchant is what's going to hurt it... But I'd say 5m on the low side

The enchant is achievable through PP though, whereas acuity flares are not...I don't think the 4x is gonna hurt it too much.

15 million is a pretty good quote. Acuity on this was probably 3 million per at 12 plus value. The flaring on high enchants were escalating. 1, 3 million then 10 then I think 15 in the 7x/8 range. 15-18 is reasonable true value.

Hmmm, also, anyone know what the return on the mana flaring runestaff is?

I'm looking at building a rapidfire minor shock mage here in the near future. Wanted to get him a mana or acuity flaring staff and put an ensorcell or two on it..

I think mana returning with ensorcell gets you the best of both worlds of longevity with the damage spikes.
