Perfect Stats For a Half-Elf Wizard

Just picked up fixstat potion.

Anyone know offhand or have links to something to find out how to redo my stats to max them as a Half-Elf Wizard? I seem to remember a general thread about it, but i don't recall seeing anything about Half-Elf wizard stats.
