How consistent is the stun time?

This might not be exceptionally scientific, but I just rubbed it 8x in a row, and the stuns were 15-16 seconds each time (using one mississsippis). I imagine if you want to work it into a script you'd be able to, from what I'm seeing. If you need more info, I'd be happy to test if you let me know what you'd like to see.

According to Krakii, these skulls are 15 seconds, the skull grafted weapons are 30 seconds, chokers are 30 seconds. These are consistently the shortest stuns at 15 each. Great item for your guild work I bought one a week or so ago.
