The exquisitely crafted vestment is made from hundreds of large golden-hued reptilian scales that overlap each other to cover the garment's shadowy interior. The hem of the garment has been set in golvern, and etched with a continuous row of runes. The tiny sigils almost appear to be characters of the common language, however there are minor variations to each, and the text renders nonsensical verbiage indicating that while the writing may be in the roots of common, it is of an unknown language.
