So I burned a few potion pours just to check them out.
Pour did not seem to have a roll involved with it, I tried a set of plain 4x fusion brig. Pour goes on and has messaging to show it is on, you can't tell it is on after the pour but you can then cast ensorcell at the item to get a check. If you try without the potion pour it deflects the magic.
I could still wear the armor and it functioned normally as far as I could tell.
405 or look don't show the pour but after 30 minutes the necrotic flames die out and the item goes back to being resistant.
Also did Jeril's permablessed maul, same deal.
Seems simple enough and not remotely annoying, go Coase!
I'll have to wait til I get over tier 1 before I can start testing some gear to see what kind of difficulty fusion/bless adds.
