There are a number of issues in this photo:

*Flash - Like Tisket said.. take some pride in your work. Turn the lights on and turn off the flash. Photography 101.
*Orientation - WTF is up with the 35 degree slant? You realize you force your audience to cock their heads just to see it normal, right? STOP IT.
*Scarf - The only one who wears a scarf for a PC pic is Backlash. That is HIS thing. He has so very little, can't you just let him have this one thing??? Stop being selfish.

Haha the Michael Bolton thing is funny. I can't really remember what he looked like, but I remember the slow-motion chandelier-swinging in one of his music videos, and it cracks me up every time. He also had ridiculous hair, as I recall.
