Currently Aone's Lockpicks, fully furnished.
It's 6 rooms north of the entrance (first room of Tanik Rd, currently the only boutique in the room)
One room for now because I'm standard.
You must be a landing citizen to have ownership of the shop.
The name will change when you have ownership.
All of the shop spaces in the landing are taken. Now you can get one.
The last one went for 5 million, so I'll set the minimum for mine at 4.5. Buyout is 7 million. U2U me or IM wtfl0lstfu.

Boutiques are for girls.
Get a real man's building.

I would, but then to get to my shop it would be 'go other <noun>' every other time.

"Hi, I'm Aone and I own a cute little boutique in the merchant area. Please stop by and maybe I'll make you a nice little cup of espresso."
Give it away before you lose all my respect.

I am giving it away. I just want to be given 4.5 million (or more!) first.

Basically happened to me, too. I didn't have a roof and they did, but it was still a pain.

Same here. THey really should let us have more options.

Yeah. The Landing district has 0 facade options when compared to elsewhere.

It's better than Zul Logoth, where the option is 'door' or 'door.'

Alas, even the great Klaive couldn't get around the similarity of the landing shops.
[East Row, Pine Point]
The road dips down here, following the natural curvature of the land. As a result, the pines growing in the area are tilted somewhat askew. You also see a quaint red-brick building, a rose-covered dark stone boutique with a gabled roof, an ivy-covered grey stone building, a rose-covered dark stone boutique and an elegant speckled marble boutique with a mosaic tiled roof.
Obvious paths: east, west
