Looking for a 4x+ Lightning Flaring Short Sword.
Player forged with AvD/DF bonuses a plus; perfect is even better.
Double lightning flares a major plus. (Was there ever a greater lightning weapon made?)
If I cannot find a weapon matching the above description, I will settle for a perfect short sword that I can enchant up and add flares to eventually.
