Why do people hide their CS like it's some big secret that will let people hack their account?

I feel that I have said and mentioned things that should have been private in this boards before and was used against me. To which I am trying not to anymore.

I know there are alot of immaturity going on here.. and alot of pvp.. and cvc. I feel this is one of those things I should keep private, because of the constant discord. I don't want anybody taking advantage of any information that I might have divulged.

Well. Its up to you really. I don't hide my CS or skills, because normally when I do a post with those items in it, I'm asking for or offering assistance with training, or hunting or what not. That info can be helpful in those areas. But its all a personal choice.

I still don't see how someone knowing your CS is helping anyone do anything "against" you. Chances are if you are in PVP or CVC with someone, they already have a rough idea of what level you are.
