and
+5 spirit lore blessing

You could get the summoning coverted to blessing making it functionally +10 blessing.

So, theoretically, you could make these greaves either +20 THW or +20 Polearm.

I've got a piece with 6 Blunt bonus and 4 TWC Ranks. Do you know if I can convert the 4 TWC Ranks to Blunt Ranks? Not sure if an item can have both Blunt Bonus and Blunt Ranks on it. Never seem an item with Bonus and Ranks for the same stat.

Well, I can see the argument against making something +20.. but combing two +5's should be fine.

Still this is a great item really.

They changed a lot of things from CCF to RtCF. Some areas benefited some didn't. Take TD for instance, 3x as many slots went out, but they wouldn't go higher than +20TD this time. So potentially more people can get the service, but unlike padding and weighting, there will be no uber TD items made. At CCF you could add TD to any item of any enchant, and if you already had 20 you could add 5 more with your slot. The downside was that they only did 2 slots per run.

To me, at RtCF, the sweet spot is padding if you have an item with a lot of it, especially light armors which get a very steep and unjustified discount.

Anyway, nice greaves.

I hate being the bearer of bad news (I would have loved to see how high this went), but the greaves are being removed for an elaborate trade BO for an item Middian can't refuse. Marginal utility costs a fortune.

Best leg greaves in game for a square. There is only one set. You can get the same bonuses from a collection of enhancives, so the value of using one, to conserve slots, is the benefit here. That luxury costs money. Things like this will always go for a lot for the same reason that one +14 to skill enhancive item costs more than 7 +2 to the same skill enhancive items.
