Wrist worn, +2 STR stat, a lot of charges, persists. Wrist worn is not common, so this is almost as flexible as a pin-worn. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's only 2 to stat: People tend to pay millions for, say 3 bonus (or 6 to stat). If this were 3x the bonus it would be worth 10x as much if not more. Sooo....buy it!
